台湾高山茶

Taiwan High-Mountain Tea

Taiwan’s famed high-mountain tea refers to tea harvested from plants growing at an altitude of more than 1,000 meters above sea levels and is characterized by its elegant fragrance, delicate flavours and distinct aromas and profiles depending on the unique terroir of each mountain. Song Yue sources its high-mountain tea from famous mountain regions including Ali Shan, Li Shan, Shan Lin Xi and Yu Shan.

Jin Xuan Tea

One of Taiwan’s most famous tea cultivars, Jin Xuan, also known as Milk Oolong, is known for its buttery milk aroma and flavour qualities. Produced primarily in the Nantou and Chiayi regions, the tea is well-balanced and light on the palette with a distinct creamy after note.

Dong Ding Oolong Tea

A Taiwan tea icon, Dong Ding Oolong tea is produced primarily in the Lugu region of Nantou. 木栅铁观音

Muzha Tie Guan Yin

This well-loved tea is made from the original Tie Guan Yin cultivar brought from Anxi, China in the late 1800s, which was then planted in the Muzha area, near Taipei. Medium-roasted over a low fire, this tea is refined and comforting, with an earthy yet elegant flavour. Song Yue’s Tie Guan Yin is made by a national award winning Tie Guan Yin master.
